Setting up TvNado takes four things and no technician. The email you get after ordering your TvNado subscription has the most important one; get these four ready:
- Your TvNado welcome email: your portal URL, username and password, sent once payment is through (check your spam folder too)
- A compatible device: Amazon Fire TV Stick, Android TV and Android boxes, Apple TV, iPhone and iPad, Samsung and LG Smart TVs, MAG boxes or Windows and Mac computers
- A stable internet connection: TvNado recommends at least 15 Mbps for HD and 30 Mbps or higher for 4K. On a TV, a cable (Ethernet) is usually steadier than Wi-Fi
- The right app: on a Fire TV Stick, the TvNado app, installed with Downloader; on other devices, the team tells you which one on WhatsApp
How does IPTV work?
IPTV brings TV over your internet connection, with no cable box or satellite dish. The ITU defines it as "multimedia services such as television/video/audio/text/graphics/data delivered over IP-based networks". TvNado provides the channels, movies and series; your app displays them. No app provides content on its own: you need a TvNado subscription.

On an Amazon Fire TV Stick, you install the TvNado app with the Downloader app, using the code or link in your TvNado welcome email. It takes less than 5 minutes.
- From the Home screen, open Settings → My Fire TV → Developer Options and turn Apps from Unknown Sources ON.
- Don't see Developer Options? Open Settings → My Fire TV → About and click your device name 7 times, then go back: Developer Options now appears.
- Search for Downloader from the Fire TV search and install it.
- Open Downloader and enter the code or link from your TvNado welcome email.
- Install the TvNado app when Downloader offers it, then open it.
- Sign in with the username and password from the same email, typed exactly as sent, with no space before or after.

The picture stutters or freezes
TvNado recommends at least 15 Mbps for HD and 30 Mbps or higher for 4K: run a speed test on the device you watch on. Use an Ethernet cable rather than Wi-Fi if you can, especially on a TV, and restart the device and your router. Below 30 Mbps, watch in HD rather than 4K.
You forgot your password
Your username and password are in your welcome email (check your spam folder too). Still can't find them? Ask support on WhatsApp.
"Invalid login" when signing in
Most often a space slipped in before or after the username or password during copy-paste. Type each field by hand, exactly as in your email.
Downloader won't install the app
Check that Apps from Unknown Sources is ON in Settings → My Fire TV → Developer Options, then enter the code or link again exactly as in your welcome email.
Watching on a new device
Your TvNado login is not tied to one device: sign in on whichever device you're using. Your plan covers 1, 2 or 3 devices at the same time, depending on the plan you chose; need more? Ask the team on WhatsApp.
